The Minneapolis, MN, Stevens Square-Loring Heights community is a food desert with an ever-increasing demand for food and household items. Stevens Square Community Organization built, installed and will maintain this pantry which sits just outside Stevens Square park for all residents to access food when it is needed.

The Douglaston Local Development Corporation of Douglaston, NY, converted its Little Free Library to a pantry in April of 2020 because "Food insecurity is a larger issue than many realize."

The mini is located at the Douglaston Long Island Railroad Station and relies on community and local organizational support.
